Light bringer is a short excerpt from a soon to be made feature length film.
The excerpt was shot in Victoria, Australia in April 2009.
Synopsis
Lightbringer is a suspense drama set in the early 1800s about a hunter who kidnaps women. Through his fathers teachings he uses a cult ritual to draw the life essence from the women in order to battle the demon possessed in his wife. Though after many years of unsuccessful attempts he is becoming desperate and disillusioned.
Claire is currently completing the final year Honours component at Swinburne. After graduating in 2007, she has worked in the post field as an editor and DVD producer. This is her first short on 16mm.

Ahren is a part time Producer, full time technical advisor. Having established his indie production company Snowgum Films(www.snowgumfilms.com); he has produced many shot films with Daniel Knight. He is planning to move to producing full time in the next 18 months.

Jason was the first round of students to take the Film course at Swinburne and graduated in 2006. He primarily works as a camera operator or assistant on many funded features, shorts and sporting matches at Olympic Stadium. Jason recently moved to the UK.
